Mena Alexa Suvari was born on the 29th of September, 1979. She is a famous American fashion designer, model and actor. After launching her acting career Mena Alexandra Svari was a regular as a guest on 1990s TV shows Boy Meets World and High Incident. She debuted in film with the show Nowhere which was that was released in the year 1997. Through her roles on American Beauty - for which she was nominated to receive a BAFTA Award - and American Pie and American Pie, which earned much attention and recognition, she was able to move into larger roles. The next time she appeared was in Loser (2000), with American Pie actor Jason Biggs. Later she played the role of the title character on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2002). Spun, an independent drama from 2002 and the thriller movie Trauma (2004) was the most recent of her appearances. She also appeared in the drama series on HBO Six Feet Under in 2004 the show was awarded a nomination for an Outstanding Cast in the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her filmography for 2008 included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the adaptation of The Garden of Eden and numerous other films.
