Mena Alexa Suvari was born on the 29th of September, 1979. She is an American fashion designer, model and actress. She began her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted into acting, after appearances in television shows like Boy Meets World or High Incident. The film debut came in 1997's dramatic Nowhere. Then, in American Beauty and American Pie the actress gained more recognition for her performances. The actress has appeared in the co-star of American Pie Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) before starring as the lead character for the film Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun And Trauma a thriller from 2004 were two of her appearances. The other films she appeared in include HBO's comedy Six Feet Under. In 2008, Suvari was a part in a series of movies such as Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden.
